Program Name or Title	About Programme
Certificate in Midwifery	Eligibility O Level Certificate with a minimum of Passes in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology attained at a single sitting. 18 years and above. Career Path Can upgrade to the Diploma in Midwifery
Certificate in Nursing	Eligibility O Level Certificate with a minimum of Passes in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology attained at a single sitting. 18 years and above. Career Path Can upgrade to the Diploma in Nursing
Diploma in Midwifery-Direct	Eligibility – 18+ years, Passed UCE English, mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology and UACE Principle pass BIOLOGY and a Subsidiary in chemistry or other science subject.
Diploma in Midwifery-Extension	Eligibility Certificate in Midwifery and Diploma in Nursing with proof of registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council. MUST have practiced for 2 years and above. Career Path Can upgrade to a Degree in Midwifery. Later Masters in Midwifery and PHD in Midwifery.
Diploma in Nursing-Direct	Eligibility A Level with a Principal pass in Biology and 2 subsidiaries in chemistry and any other science related subject- (physics, mathematics and foods and nutrition). 18 years and above. Career Path Can upgrade to a Degree in Nursing. Later Masters in Nursing and PHD in Nursing.
Diploma in Nursing-Extension	Eligibility Certificate in Nursing, Certificate in Comprehensive Nursing and Diploma in Midwifery with proof of registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council. MUST have practiced for 2 years and above. Career Path Can upgrade to a Degree in Nursing. Later Masters in Nursing and PHD in Nursing.
